Play for Pay is operated by APPTASTIC TECH Sp. z o.o., Marsz. Józefa Piłsudskiego 74 / 320, 50-020 Wrocław, Polska, VAT PL8971890288. These Terms apply when you create or use a Play for Pay account. By accepting them, you enter into an agreement with APPTASTIC TECH Sp. z o.o.

You must be at least 18 years old, physically located in the United States, legally able to enter into these Terms, and using a supported device. A quest may have additional state, device, new-user, timing or advertiser requirements.

Play for Pay may verify eligibility and may refuse or restrict access where required by law, provider rules, security controls or quest capacity.

Provide accurate, current information, keep your credentials secure, and use only one personal account. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized use.

Accounts may not be sold, transferred, shared or created with false identity, age, location or device information.

Each quest displays its eligibility requirements, milestones, deadline and reward values before you start. Start through the Play for Pay flow and complete the stated gameplay milestones. Version 1 quests do not require a purchase.

A started, tracking or pending status is not a confirmed reward. Provider reporting can be delayed. A reward becomes available only after the advertiser or tracking provider authenticates the qualifying milestone.

When no reward campaign is active, Play for Pay may show clearly labelled game catalog previews. A catalog preview is not a quest, has no milestones or reward value, and opening it does not create a tracked reward claim. The preview action opens the publisher’s official App Store product page.

Reward campaigns are offered only when an advertiser has supplied an eligible campaign and the required tracking and fulfilment services are available. Campaign availability is not guaranteed and may differ by location, device, capacity and time.

Confirmed rewards are recorded in your Play for Pay wallet. Pending amounts are not available for redemption. Quest availability and values vary, and Play for Pay does not promise earnings, employment or a minimum number of quests.

A confirmed reward may be denied or reversed only for a documented reason such as an unmet requirement, duplicate or returned activity, provider correction, technical error, fraud or violation of these Terms. The transaction history will show the applicable status.

When gift-card fulfilment is available, you may redeem an amount supported by the app up to your confirmed available balance. The app shows the amount and resulting balance before confirmation. A confirmed redemption deducts the amount once and creates a wallet record. Redemption is unavailable when you have no available balance or the fulfilment service is not active.

Gift-card fulfilment and hosted checkout are provided by Branded Currency Solutions. Brand, denomination, availability and separate issuer terms may apply. If fulfilment is definitively rejected, Play for Pay restores the reserved amount; uncertain transactions may remain pending while they are reconciled.

Do not use bots, scripts, prohibited emulators, duplicate accounts, VPN or location manipulation, device tampering, fabricated evidence, collusion, unauthorized payment activity, or any method intended to create or misrepresent qualifying activity.

Do not interfere with security, attribution, callbacks, provider measurement, other users or the operation of the service.

We may temporarily restrict a quest, reward or account while investigating eligibility, security or suspected abuse. Material or repeated violations may result in denial, reversal, suspension or closure. We will provide the reason unless doing so would compromise security or violate law.

To request review, email hello@playforpay.mobi within 30 days of the decision with the quest, milestone, date and relevant evidence. We aim to acknowledge support requests within five business days and communicate the outcome after provider evidence is reviewed.

The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider outages or events beyond reasonable control. Third-party games, advertiser services and gift cards are governed by their own terms; Play for Pay is not responsible for third-party content or service failures beyond its legal responsibility.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Play for Pay is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss caused by inaccurate user information, unsupported devices, third-party outages or prohibited conduct. This limitation does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot be limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply where they live. Disputes should first be sent to support so the parties can attempt an informal resolution; either party may then use a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.

We may update these Terms for legal, security or service changes. Material changes will be dated and presented before they take effect. Accepted quest terms will not be changed retroactively unless required by law or necessary to correct fraud or an obvious error.

You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time. Before immediate deletion, redeem any available balance and consider waiting for pending rewards to finish verification. Deletion does not automatically pay or transfer rewards. After deletion, balances and pending activity are no longer accessible through the account. Completed redemptions and any amount or record that applicable law requires us to honor are unaffected.

We may end the service or your access with reasonable notice where practical, subject to handling valid confirmed balances and records as required by law.
